Happy Friday everyone! I had a blast crafting with my friend Heather and a bunch of other crafty ladies that were lucky enough to snag a seat at the highly anticipated event put on by Anthropologie and Poppytalk last night. Jan and Earl, of Poppytalk, did a great job leading us step-by-step through two origami projects. The first, and my personal fave, were these little boxes that can be used as covers on a string of mini lights! I have wanted to learn how to make these mini light garlands for a while now, and was so excited that this was one of the projects! (If you’d like to make some too you can download the instructions here.)
The second project was these geometric origami ornaments. These were not easy to master, but I am happy with the results! Thanks to Anthropologie and Poppytalk for a fabulous night! I can’t wait to make some more!
