I had such an amazing time checking out IDSwest with some of my blogging friends on opening night. I have so many pictures to show you, but for now I just have to share the star of the show… this amazing kitchen was the Aya Kitchens booth, designed by Kelly Deck Design.
Isn’t it fabulous! You should have seen the amount of people swarming the booth all night! I’m back to the show today to check out Tommy (he’s kind of like Madonna to us design lovers, you only need to say his first name!) Smythe, Suzanne Dimma, and Mark Challen’s presentations. And I can’t wait for the party afterwards!
If you were thinking about heading down to check it out I highly recommend it! IDSwest is bigger and better this year than I’ve ever seen it. I’d love to hear what your favorite part of the show is!
Enjoy your weekend y’all!

Gorgeous! Love everything about it, especially the countertop stools! Can you possibly find out where they are from?
You bet Cate, I have a Source List that I picked up at the show from Aya Kitchens… I just need to find it. It’s here somewhere, in one of my piles! π
Love Kelly Deck!!! What a gorgeous layout . Thanks for sharing Rosa! Wish I was there!!!
She is such a talented woman. I wish you could have been there too! π
That kitchen was to die for! What a great show and weekend!
It was a slice of perfection wasn’t it?!! π I had such an amazing time… and always happy to see you! π
sexiest kitchen ever and photographed beautifully – the gold range hood and matching faucet are too.die.for. If Tommy can live in a 185 sq ft bachelor suite, I could live in that kitchen.
SO nice to finally meet you!
xo
Thanks so much Sara! π It was really really great to meet you too! I hope you had a fabulous time. π Can’t wait to meet again!
Kelly’s kitchen definitely was THE show stopper! Superb photos! It was great hanging out with you over the weekend. Thanks for being my roomie. π I’m still so bagged, (and I got more sleep than you) I’m only wading through my IDSWest photos now!
Thanks Meesh! π I think I’ll be recovering from last weekend all week!!!
Gorgeous booth and gorgeous pictures!
In response to the question above, the stools are from Living Space here in Vancouver.
Thank you Rosa, for taking such wonderful images of our kitchen, everyone here at KDD is very appreciative and grateful for your post.
Thanks so much!!
Beautiful photos, Rosa – you truly captured the elegance of this incredible kitchen!
You know how much i love this kitchen!! Such great photographs! And congratulations on your feature on Kelly Deck’s column π
Thanks Danielle! π
Loved the show Rosa! It was my first time at IDSwest and I was blown away with the fantastic exhibitors.
Of course, Tommy’s delightful presentation was the highlight of my IDS experience – I love listening to that guy speak…genius!
Kelly’s gorgeous kitchen design is a close second. I couldn’t pull my eyes away from it!

[…] fell in love withΒ this sofa last weekend when I was at Inform‘s booth on opening night at IDSwest. It is the Bensen Morgan sofa, and it is so comfortable – I think we could have a wonderful […]
Yes Kelly’s booth was such a highlight. so feminine, soft, simple and classy. also loved:
– the marketplace of cutesie hub and wife crafty teams selling goods.
– combers installation.
– a picking booth promoting local wood and fruit stands in the okanagan.
– solus booth.
– hatch installation
You are right, there were SO many fabulous booths! Such a great show! π
Even though I have seen a lot of photos of that same kitchen, you have managed to capture some close up details that are hard to see from a global view! Nice work!
PS> Voted for you today and wish blogs like your were right up there in the number one spot! Keep it up!
xoxo
Thanks Michelle, I really appreciate your comment, it means so much! And thanks for helping me to make it into the Top 25! π
